Dr. Ankit Sawant is an Experienced Ophthalmologist with more than 7 years experience .He is specialised in Phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery, Laser treatment for Diabetic Retinopathy ,Intravitreal injections for Retina Swelling . He has special interest in ROP screening of premature babies . He has done his Fellowship training in Phacoemulsification at Laxmi Eye institute , Panvel in 2017 . He has done his Medical Retina fellowship at esteemed H.V DESAI Eye hospital , Pune in 2018 . He has worked as consultant at numerous Eye hospitals in various Eye hospitals in Mumbai. He has done his MBBS from Govt. Medical college , Yavatmal , Maharashtra and done his Post graduate Ophthalmology training has been from Jaslok Hospital , Mumbai .
